Welcome to Lekha! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Lekha application, website, and services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Thinkcomputing LLC ("we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using Lekha, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Lekha is a digital invitation platform that enables you to:
- Create beautiful digital invitations for events
- Manage guest lists and send invitations via email or shareable links
- Track RSVPs and guest responses in real-time
- Generate custom images using AI technology
- Share invitations via WhatsApp, email, and other platforms
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Account Creation
To use certain features of Lekha, you must create an account. You can register using:
- Email and password
- Google Sign-In
- Apple Sign-In
3.2 Account Requirements
By creating an account, you represent that:
- You are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction)
- All information you provide is accurate and complete
- You will maintain the accuracy of your information
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
3.3 Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Lekha only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
4.1 You May:
- Create invitations for personal, social, or business events
- Invite guests who have consented to receive invitations from you
- Use AI-generated images for your personal event invitations
- Share your invitations via supported channels
4.2 You May Not:
- Spam: Send unsolicited invitations or use the Service for mass marketing
- Illegal Content: Create invitations for illegal activities or events
- Harmful Content: Post content that is hateful, violent, threatening, or harassing
- Impersonation: Pretend to be another person or organization
- Interference: Attempt to disrupt or compromise the Service's security
- Scraping: Use automated tools to extract data from the Service
- Circumvention: Bypass any access restrictions or security measures
- Resale: Sell, license, or redistribute the Service without authorization
5. User Content
5.1 Your Content
"User Content" includes event details, images, guest lists, and any other content you upload or create using Lekha.
5.2 Ownership
You retain full ownership of your User Content. By uploading content to Lekha, you do not transfer any ownership rights to us.
5.3 License Grant
By using Lekha, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
- Store, display, and transmit your content to provide the Service
- Share your event details with your invited guests
- Create backups and maintain the security of your data
This license exists solely for operating and improving the Service and terminates when you delete your content or account.
5.4 Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent that:
- You have all necessary rights to upload and share the content
- Your content does not infringe on anyone's intellectual property rights
- Your content complies with all applicable laws
6. AI-Generated Content
Lekha offers AI-powered image generation features. When using this feature:
- Images are generated based on your text prompts
- You may use generated images for your personal event invitations
- You should not use AI to generate harmful, misleading, or inappropriate content
- AI-generated images may not be perfect and are provided "as is"
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Lekha's Property
The Service, including its design, features, code, and branding (the "Lekha" name, logo, and visual identity), is owned by Thinkcomputing LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.
7.2 Templates and Graphics
Templates and graphics provided by Lekha are licensed for your personal use within the Service. You may not extract, redistribute, or use them outside of Lekha without permission.
7.3 Feedback
If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback about Lekha, you grant us the right to use such feedback without compensation or attribution.
8. Third-Party Services
Lekha integrates with third-party services including:
- Google Cloud: Authentication, hosting, and data storage
- SendGrid: Email delivery
- Google Maps: Location services
- WhatsApp: Sharing functionality
Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party services.
9. Fees and Payment
Lekha is currently offered as a free service. We reserve the right to introduce paid features or subscription plans in the future. If we do, we will provide advance notice and clearly communicate any changes to pricing.
10. Service Availability
10.1 Uptime
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to:
- Scheduled maintenance (we will try to provide advance notice)
- Unexpected technical issues
- Factors beyond our control
10.2 Modifications
We may modify, update, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
11. Termination
11.1 By You

11.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your access to Lekha if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in harmful or illegal activity
- Abuse the Service or other users
We will provide notice before termination when practical, except in cases of serious violations.
11.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Service ends immediately
- Your User Content may be deleted (we recommend exporting data beforehand)
- Provisions that should survive (such as limitations of liability) will remain in effect
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
- FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
- NON-INFRINGEMENT
- UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION
We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or that any errors will be corrected.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THINKCOMPUTING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill
- Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service
- Any third-party conduct or content on the Service
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Thinkcomputing LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your User Content
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another person or entity
15. Dispute Resolution
15.1 Informal Resolution
Before filing any legal claim, you agree to try to resolve disputes informally by contacting us at [email protected]. We will try to resolve the dispute within 30 days.
15.2 Arbitration
If informal resolution fails, any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in California, USA, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
15.3 Class Action Waiver
You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive the right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be brought in the courts of California.
17. General Provisions
17.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Thinkcomputing LLC regarding the Service.
17.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
17.3 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
17.4 Assignment
You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights to any successor or affiliate.
18. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by:
- Posting the updated Terms on this page
- Updating the "Effective Date" at the top
- Notifying you via email or in-app notification (for significant changes)
Your continued use of Lekha after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Who sends the messages: Lekha, operated by Thinkcomputing LLC.
Types of messages: account alerts and event RSVP notifications.
How to opt in: Users opt in by entering their mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on the Lekha signup form at https://lekha.events. Consent is not a condition of purchase or use of our Service.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out: Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time.

We do not sell or share mobile opt-in information or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
